MIKAEL ROSENIUS
Principal and Chairman
Mikael Rosenius, born 1967 in Helsinki earned his M.Sc. (Econ) from Hanken. Mikael lives in Zürich since 1999 and holds a dual Finnish & Swiss citizenship. He has held various senior roles at leading Swiss Private Banks. In 2014, he founded Amplia to pursue his vision of building an enhanced Private Banking platform for Nordic clients.

JUHO KIVIOJA
Chief Executive Officer, Partner
Juho, a 2009 Economics graduate from the University of Turku, began his finance journey at Wegelin & Co in St. Gallen. He later joined UBS Switzerland AG, holding roles at UHNW UK resident-non-domiciled (RND) desk, building the UK franchise. Juho is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

GUSTAF DYBING
Executive Director
Gustaf, a Swedish citizen, holds an economics degree from Lund University, specializing in finance, and a SAQ Certified Wealth Management Advisor certificate. Joining UBS in 2008, he gained extensive experience in wealth management, notably advising Nordic HNW clients and institutions. Now, Gustaf brings his expertise to Amplia, residing in the Zurich region with his family.

JARA HUBER
Account Manager
Jara began her finance career at UBS, completing both an apprenticeship and the Junior Talent Program. She then served as a Client Account Manager on UBS’s Financial Intermediary Desk, working closely with professional partners and their clients. Alongside her role at UBS, Jara is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) in Brugg-Windisch.

Michael Rosenlew, born in 1959, holds an M.Sc. (Econ) from Hanken. Formerly a partner and Managing Director at IK Investment Partners AB (formerly Industri Kapital), he is now a private investor and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Hartwall Capital.
DR.MICHAEL NORDIN
Board Member
Michael Nordin is managing partner at one of the largest Swiss law firms, Schellenberg Wittmer where he heads the tax division and is part of the executive group. Michael specialises in mergers and acquisitions and other capital market transactions. Michael is a Doctor of Law from the University of Sankt Gallen and also holds a Master of international taxation from New York University.
